Private pvp scout script

Looking for a programmer to code me aa osrs pvp scout script.
Perferred to have to have the following functions:

Id like the bot to walk from kbd burning amulet hill to kbd main hill. A distance of maybe 50 squares.
When the bot sees a person Id like it to take a print screen of the bot's screen aswell as a rightclick on the player / what world it's in. The bot would later post this picture and info in a private discord channel.

When this is done in a world id like it to hop to another world and repeat.

Is this possible?
