I disagree with this ruling knowing what I put - There's more than enough to justify a ban on attempted scamming or potentially being staff, it doesn't get anymore clearer unless they directly admit it on these types of reports, a TWC at least is definitely warranted. There is no "assumption" there is pure fact of what he attempted to buy and sell at the same time - If u wont nail him as staff nail him for attempted scamming/blackhat relating to fraud. He tried doing this with over $1000 in that particular currency(10M+ BM).

 

@Divine I agree with @Champ - There's nothing incriminating here, he could be trying to buy for a method like Paypal and sell for Bitcoin at a loss, doesn't mean he's trying to scam.
