    Report a Scammer rules - Updated 12/23/08
    These are the rules for this forum:

    1). Proof is required. Post screenshots of your PayPal history, MSN conversations, in-game trades, etc.

    2). Text/chat logs do not count as proof - they are far too easy to edit.

    3). Do not cut the edges off your pictures.
