Occupy Melbourne/Sydney

Lol at the people who are protesting in the major cities of Australia, a country with a 5% unemployment rate (most of the unemployed are indigenous or live in rural areas, so the rate is even less in the cities). Any opinions?

They held up the Melbourne CBD for at least 7 consecutive days, creating a huge inconvenience to the 9-5 workers who have toiled away since high school to be in the positions they are. These people HELP society, while the protesters are doing nothing but waste time, money, and police resources.

As I do not understand what the protest is about, I do have to agree about the unemployed Indigenous people who are reeking in the benefits (or so I've heard).

I am surprised that this occupy movement has spread so far.. I honestly think they are wasting their time.

On a side note - Australian cops look like such pansies No offence!
