Overloads!

Hey!

Are overloads worth it for just general training? And are they able to be made via assist? thanks

 

Hey, Just for general training I would say no because they cost ALOT to make (if i remember right about 150k for a dose or it might be for whole potion I cant remember) But extreme potions are quite good for training and I would recommend them. Overloads or extreme potions cant be assisted you will have to get the herblore level yourself =\.

 

Overloads are almost essential for pro godwars, corp and nex teams.. for general training extremes are alot better, as overload effects only last 5 minutes an deplete.

Slaying/general training = extremes.
PVM boss hunting = overloads.

As Aus Aaz said above, Overloads are really mainly for PvMing such as Ne, Corp, and GodWars. However, some powerslayers also use Overloads to decrease the amount of time it takes to do their tasks.

Extremes are better for general training and slayer though imo as use of the Prayer Berserker just keeps your stats boosted longer than the 5 Minutes an overload would last for.

 

its around 75k for the potion with 3 doses, each dose lasts 5 minutes

so around 5k/minute training costs.
