07 Botting Questions

I am looking to start botting an account for 07. In order to protect my main and just feel a little bit safer, I want to use some a VPS or something along those lines. I would really like some tips and maybe some suggestions on what exactly the set up should be. Thanks!

 

Get an unpopular vps. Vps' locations that are used by multiple people that break the rules will just get it flagged and lead to your ban.

I'm afraid you're going to have to find your own companies. Most of the popular ones are flagged to hell since other people have burned them out botting. Lotta people find local VPS/VPN services which haven't been used by other botters, or smaller companies.

The trick is pretty much to find a company that others don't use, because you don't want your accounts banned because some other idiot who also uses the same service bots flax 24/7 and gets IP banned

 

Not hard to find at all really, just Google around, compare specs, compare prices.
Most VPSs are Linux based (Windows ones cost more $/month) so you'll need to know how to do some linux terminal things to set up Java, your bot, etc.

Yeah, don't ever use one of those "runescape botting" vps'. It is just prone to getting flagged.

same. I have never had a linux-based VPS work for Runescape botting.

As for unpopular VPS's, try to find local ones. Google zip codes near yours and I would recommend that you use a windows based one. Unless you are okay with going through a huge pain in the ass (imo).
