    the exploiter of the domain name might be charged with copyright infringement because of the name 'runescape' in it. Apparently they (Jagex) can do that

    Isn't it the same with runescapegoldmarkt.com and other websites with runescape in the name? Is it still a problem when you clearly state you're not affiliated with Jagex in any way?

    im not too familiar with the legal aspect, just putting it out here. I guess if they are still using it then they mustve found a way to legally do so
