Runescape Locked Accounts

I was just wondering what the period before locked accounts get looked at is
I think its 3 days but just want someone to confirm or correct me because I dont know

It can be 3 days but if two people are fight for one account, like me, then it takes for ever.

 

i believe that 3 days is minimum, because i got 1 of my accounts locked (Forgot pass couple of times, recovered it and it got locked ;/) and the appeal is still pending since Monday morning ;/ So 4 days and still not declined/accepted..

normally its only three days but it can be higher

most of the time it is 3 days, but it can vary
