Question to Gold Sellers and OMMs

I've seen a lot of Gold Sellers accepting paypal as a payment, and i'm wondering how do they not get scammed when accepting direct paypal? (charge back)

(don't say they use PA, this thread is about PP ^_^ )

 

I'm pretty sure they are still careful with who they accept Paypal from and how much. I've talked to a few bigger sellers and know that they do eat a few chargebacks.
