    That's not tutorial island and I'm pretty sure you'll get more if you leave that place and get the vetern cape.

    If you have one on the legit tutorial island I will buy for 5m. Tutorial Island is the one where you go to the flagged spots. You start off by talking to the Runescape Guide, and go through several obstacles, then end with the mage one.
