Price check on pure with DT and Mith gloves done at 10 hp / 13 prayer?

Please price check it from the perspective of it actually having 70 ranged since I will have that by the end of today. The reason for limiting low stats was because I wanted to keep it at around 38 combat because I want it to be able to hunt low level DWH'ers.

The account itself isn't worth much really, not until it has quite a bit more into it.
