Is this really a 1Bil Runescape Account???

any stat blocked in pics is less than 60 so i dont consider them important.

It could easily fetch $300 in my mind, it's a very unique zerk pure that is simply impossible to make unless you've been rolled back

 

Its worth around 400$ no more
