99 Dung: all other stats at lvl 1

What would an account with 99 dung and all stats at lvl 1 be worth in rsgp please?
I am thinking about making one but not sure if it's worth my time?

I'm not too sure what that sort of an account would be worth due to dungeoneering wielding no profit, and as opposed to it being called a 'skiller' that might crank up the value.

 

$100-300. It's really hard to say because these rarely ever get made. Like Old English said, it's no point other than it's a really rare feat.

 

it is a skiller, The fact that you could wear the dungeoneering cape at lvl 3 makes it a rare that can show it's rarities, anyways the only way to know how much it would cost would be putting it up for sale, I am not a skilling guy and wouldn't put a price on it since I hate skillers but I thought you should putting it up for sale if you have it ( you don't lol) would be the only way to determine.
