You are allowed to give out the original email with it. I would put an estimate of around $80 potentially quite a bit more with vouches/bgloves.

like $50 probably now though, along with that you aren't very reputable (not that you'd scam, just join date etc)

 

With that macroing ban wouldn't even offer over $30, your account is very risky considering even botting for a little to get some stats up could trigger a permanent ban. If I were you, I'd max it before to remove the need to do any of that.
