has ornate pool, fire cape, spirit tree in house, jewerly box max tier, portal nexus max tier. i cant remember what else, zero black marks i am the original owner. Would like a rs gp and usd price check on it.

Here's the issue - you have no vouches or community activity, and subsequently have nothing to lose if you were to scam + ban. You'd probably only be able to get 20% of the true value of the account because you have zero rep. It wouldn't be worth selling, IMO.
