Is the defence quested? As this will highly affect the price, it doesn't seem like it was but I thought I'd just ask before giving a PC

 

yes it was quested through monkey madness and then pest control

 

Due to training some of the Defence levels the account will be unable to get B Gloves and Veng without levelling above 45 Defence so the account is essentially failed for a Zerker.

With the 61 attack too the market for the account in my opinion is going to be very small and I'd put an estimate at 35-40m if you can find a buyer.

If I were you I'd look at obtaining 94 Mage, Barrows Gloves, Piety and 70 Prayer + Defence and sell the account as a Piety Pure as you would fetch substantially more for the account.
