-Horror from the deep
-Tree gnome village

Bank is worth about 1m-1.5m with pking supplies already bought and bank already organised.

Someone looking to purchase a pure would much rather buy one that's not a failed account. It's called a failed account because you failed to remain 1 defense.

The max I would pay for this account is 25m 07.

~20m I would say. Even though the 2 defence doesn't make any practical difference it's still a big turnoff for buyers.
