PC Skiller + Possible Stats

Heyy, could anyone give me a PC on this skiller? And also maybe any skills to improve that would make it be worth more. Also would 99 mage decrease or increase it's value?

P.S Probably will get the smithing up...

Well account is not really overly hard to make so on a good day and if you are a trusted user on sythe you might get say 35m. I personally think that 99 mage would increase the price just like many other skills you could do eg:99 crafting.
