I was wondering how much for for this level 3 skiller

If you're trusted it could go around 1-1.5k, if you're not a trusted seller then I guess 700-900 dollars. That's my guess in my opinion.

 

I just saw a level 3 account with 99 Herblore sell for around $100. Given you have eight other 99s, including some valuable ones, I would say $600-$800.
