Can you briefly explain what happened please? He didn't pay you for the chips or he charged back the money for the chips? I can't understand what's happening in the Paypal screenshot

 

He didnt pay for chips, it was rs3 gp, dont remember the excact amount, but it's in norwegian, thats why u might not understand it ..


So he put up a claim claiming he didnt do the transaction wich is bullshit.
