Reporitng a Scammer mkamichael

i paid $70 mkamichael for was a 5 digit account with all the hl1 games but instead i got a new account with no games at all

Its just that I was scammed out of out of $70 and I was trying to get my money back somehow, but that wasn't the right thing to do.

Once paypal closes the dispute, I will give you a refund. And just so you know, if you ever get scammed again, dont file the complaint as "item is not as described" because they will tell you some bullshit like "we can't guarantee the quality of what you buy" and you won't get your money back. Thats what Dole (from these forums) did to me and I lost $70

Once again, I'm sorry and I will give back your money once the dispute is closed (because it is locked now due to the dispute)

the dispute was never locked although i cant show proof for this but the money was never sent back
