Did I get scammed?

3 Days ago I did a trade with n4n0 (at the time HEAD OMM, Respected 2k+ posts 400+ vouches etc)

I traded him my white partyhat for $USD VIA PAYPAL

Today I logged on and see that he is banned.. is there a way he can get his money back??? PLEASE help!

 

n4n0 isn't going to recover the phat. he's not banned for scamming recently. He scammed four years ago, and made a pardon about it, and until the staff decide what they're going to do, he'll be banned.

 

From his personality, I can tell you that he will not scam and his chance of coming back to Sythe will be 0 if he does. Don't worry about it, he wont do any dumb move and it was a scam that was committed long ago, he just recently posted a pardon for it which caused his ban until further notice. It is being discussed.

 

I can safely say your money is safe. Regardless of the fact that N4n0 is banned, his integrity and trust speaks volumes. He's realized he's wronged in the past and stepped forward to admit his mistakes when he knew he could get away with it.

I still remember the case when n4n0s paypal got frozen and a payment wasn't reversed due to it. N4n0 went out of his way to go to his local western union, send the payment + $30, as well as pay for $20+ in sending fees to ensure the seller got his money.
