Well i just got perm muted.. Appeal help?

yah my acc is at 10/10 black marks right now and ive been permanently muted i have 3 offensive language like things that i haven't appealed. So i think that if i appeal those 3 and they work ill lower my black marks and get unmuted. Do you guys have any suggestions about what works for appeals?

The acc is my baby with 95 range 90mage 91 hp 75atck 76str 91def and 70 pray. 33mill I love it just the way a fat kids loves cake.
