    I used to be the "skronny" kid whos collar bone was always showing and looked unhealthy. I didn't eat much growing up along with a very high metabolism and being involved with a lot of sports I didn't put on weight. I was 135lbs graduating high-school (in the picture). After high-school ended and i stopped playing football i continued with the gym as it was the stress relief i needed. I worked out almost every day but didn't follow any sort of diet, didn't change my diet hardly at all and a year or so passed and i gained maybe 10lbs. Realizing that i was wasting my efforts I began to attempt to educate myself on nutrition and started eating a little more properly. Another year passed and i had gained about 15 lbs and was up to approx. 160lbs. Something inside of me finally clicked and I was sick and tired of putting all of this effort into the gym and still being average, I worked my ass off but didn't see results because of my diet. I finally committed myself to eating more and proper to get maximum results from the gym and here I am now around 210lbs and 6 years of being in the gym. Its been a long time coming and i have a long way to go to get where i want to be but sometimes you need to step back and take a look at where you've come from. Many hurdles have come and gone but shouldn't be forgotten. Remember that everyone sees the results but only you see the journey.[​IMG] [​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]

    I've never "dieted" to lose weight my metabolism is crazy high it's taking in enough calories to maintain and gain weigh thats been the challenge for me. If you're the skinny guy that needs to gain weight then my best advice would be to eat until your sickly full then drink your shake, aminos and such right after to expand and grow your stomach.

    Too much fat that way I’ve been lifting for five years and have a good starting point so it’s more beneficial to lean bulk

    nice work up bro. that gonna be me by next year :D. I prob need to go through surgery though to remove skin :'(. I lost around 17 pounds so far from 355 during a month and half :D.
