Amount scammed: $7,000 ~ Although from conception, the tab was denominated in a fixed BTC amount, and I requested to lock it in when BTC was much higher. An argument can be made that a higher amount is owed; however, I am willing to settle for $7,000, which is the current amount based on the BTC price

Explanation of the trade: ~ Will include in a comprehensive report if this is not resolved. This is to serve as a precautionary report, with hope that the other party chooses to finally engage in a amicable manner. I personally will withdraw the report if this gets resolved
How they scammed: Not a single payment has been made towards the debt, it's been a long time. I have no reason to believe they are acting in good faith.

We had a call, he is unable to pay me now but showed me measure of finally beginning to act act in good faith. We have established a mutually agreed-upon payment plan.

For now I withdraw the report and this can be marked as resolved.
