Trying to recover "Mandingo"

For some reason the authenticator I downloaded on my phone is not giving me the code, so I am unable to go through the 2 step verification.

I have access to my original email in which I created the account and the skype attached to my account.

Can you use your backup code in place of your normal code?

 

I don't know what the back up code is or where to find it, I don't recall ever setting up a "back up code"

I disabled your 2fa. When you re-enable it, you will receive a back up 2fa code right after you enable it. It should be very clear to you when you get the code. Please let me know if you still don't have a back up code once you re-enable it. Thanks!
