Will Summon Tank Work 138 Combat Update?

At some stage I am going to want to level combat. I want to make an interesting pure I have never tried to make. So, just wondering, will summon tanks be something viable in staking once the old/new combat calculation comes back?

If not, is there no pure I can make with 99 Prayer / Summoning levels? (Probably keep as Summoning/Prayer Skiller if not)

Summon tanks were never really viable full stop lol >.< Like they got nothing done, they were a bitch to train and low levels just didn't fight them lol.

If they're going back to the old combat system then yes i'd assume you'd be able to make one again though.

Low levels don't have to fight you.
You just use iron within (iron titan) special and it 1 hits most lvl 30-50s because it combo's up to 600.

Yes they where annoying to train, hence why not alot of people bothered to make one thus making it more "unique".

Fair enough but yeah in years of playing i've never died to a summon tank of any description lol.

Was interesting to play, was something different to train up but yeah I never bothered to pk on it, utterly boring.

1. nobody your level, below you, within 20 levels past you can even come close to the destruction you lay upon the wilderness.

2. everybody is your bitch

3. Lets be honest, your 99 attk 99 str 30 defense with turmoils you are a fucking god.

at 1:00 you can expect doing this alot.

in my opinion just aim for 5 things

Fire cape
turmoils
chaotic maul
drygore rapier main hand(since it will be the best weapon in the game legacy launch)
90 attack 99 str 99 range 99 mage 99 hp 99 pray(you have)

you should end up like 30-33 defense from quest.

Also it's amusing how persona you've taken my statement.
Firstly, you try post jack shit on summoning tanks, when you don't even have one. Second of all, you post the pictures of someone on the highscores stating it's your account, yet doesn't want to take a real picture ingame with a legit timestamp.

Till you're able to comprehend my statements and give a legitemate response, leave the thread.

 

Summon tanks were actually the most powerful build, period. The issue is, people never took the proper steps to train them, so they would have an account with like 60 def and a bronze minotaur, which is trash. An Iron titan summon tank will trash any build it's level, even mages.

Addy daddys are fucking trash. It's a zerker without the advantages of barrows gloves/veng/zerker helms, etc etc. I used to rag the hell out of addy daddys on my max storm tank, they are the worst pking build besides 1 def pures.

 

Not debating they are not "Strong".

As a 1 def pure, I see somebody stood in multi combat east of bridge with an iron titan. Do I walk over there? No.

DAMN, Another plan thwarted once again...

Yeah in 1v1 combat they're strong, but pures just avoided them, It wasn't exactly difficult to do so.

Edgeville - Single Combat
Green Drags - Single Combat
Ardy Lever - Single Combat

You wanna go running around multi combat looking for a fight then go nuts, you'll also find you're gonna get your shit pushed in by any small team lol.

As far as pk'ing on one goes, you'd spend more time doing nothing than actually fighting. That's the issue.

I enjoyed the account but for pk'ing I just stuck to my zerker/1 def, before EoC ofc.

 

Because I have 99 prayer.. is it not worth making a summon tank? Making a summon tank would be the preference, but if its pointless because of prayer id rather invest my time into something worthwhile.

 

The prayer would give you a lot of unneeded combat levels.

Ranged tank with 99 prayer is probably still viable
