Alright im lvl 26 prayer and I need to get up to 43
im member and have 450k, which bones should I invest in to get 43 prayer?

Big bones..i use to go to taverly dungeon and range the hill giants in the back..pretty good xp

No go to Taverly dungeon and fight Baby Dragons and bury there bones. Easy to kill aswell.

Dragon bones for definate and then go into world 111 yanille and find someone who has a guilded alter. Just stand outside the house portal and ask whose house has the guilded alter. D bones and g alter give you 250 exp per bone.

You have enough money.
World 111 - stand out the front of the portal - ask who has gilded - it will take less then 5 minutes to find someone.

Dangit forget the BBones, go with Dragon Bones with Gilded Altar. It shouldn't take you less then an hour.
