prayer flicking guide [With no sound]

What is prayer flicking?
Prayer flicking is a method to use prayer without using prayer point.

As you can see in these small clips before the monster attack you flick on your prayer on and off real fast to make protection prayers turn on.

What is a tick?
In runescape terms,
A tick is every 0.6-seconds which is sort of a game clock before the next action of the server, this is the best way to explain,
For example, if I have a 10 tick wepon it take 6 seconds to attack.
if a monster takes 5 ticks to attack it take 3 seconds to attack.

Monster and items have different tick speeds, for example, blow pipe is 2.4tick weapon,
While the dragon 2h is a 7 tick weapon.

Now where will this come in use? we will mainly be focusing on monster ticks in this guide which is the same as what I explained but in terms of the monster attack

Prayer flicking protection prayer:
To prayer flick a monster, you need to prayer flick as of the moment the monster attack animation starts for example Gyazo - 775a65f7fa17bd081db9fd074fd31fc2.gif
as you can see the moment before the monster animation start I turn on my prayer and leave it on till it starts then stop to preserve my prayer. this is quite simple and easy to do , all you need to do is turn on prayer before animation starts and turn it off when it starts this,
you judge when to turn it on based off the ticks of the monster.

1 tick prayer flicking:
1 tick prayer flicking is more when you have 2 monsters on you with same attack style and you wanted flick both,
this is quite simple every 0.6 second you are going to click twice,
once to turn your prayer off and once to turn it on, but before you do this you need to turn your prayer on.

As you can see in this clip, I click on the prayer and then click twice every 0.6 seconds to keep the prayer on, and then the prayer on like normally just not using prayer points



I will not be covering this,
Since I'm not master at this but you can flick multiple monsters like so

Some people find it easier to use game sounds to flick monsters,
I never learned it this way,
So i can't teach it
