I like this version better than what you showed me on MSN, but it did not address all the issues I mentioned.

 

The colored clouds look to smudged and not natural, I did not like the big open space with the little planet.

I liked the planet itself it is made diffrent then mainstream planets and it shows no texture which is nice IMO, the clouds in the upper right are to strong opposed to the rest I hope you can do something with this.

Nice work overall.

It's pretty nice work, but i'm not a big fan of backgrounds or desktop images.
but there's alot of unused space, try to fill it up a little, without making it messy and crowded.

Nice stars and effects, You should show me what you did on some of them.
One thing; I think the mon should be a little biggers and offset to somewhere else than the middle.

 

The clouds look as if something is 'brewing' inside them. Not sure if that's the look you were going for, but as Haunted said, they have an unnatural look to them. Good work though!

 

I can see eraser marks in the space, need to clean it up a bit.

 

Whatever this is, i like it. the colours look like someone tried to erase with there thumb though ( smudged in )

 

perfect except the bottom right corner, fix that

Yeah and the bottom right seems to be missing all of the action
