    Question regarding ruby/ruby on rails
    This is probably a retarded question considering i've been working on coding for 3/4 months, i'm trying to access a downloaded file from my command terminal so i can run a path from it however, i cant get the file to end up on the directory or when i try to run from the download directory, it says the path isnt available. Is there a simple answer here or is there another way to do it?

    What do you mean run a path from it. If it says path isn't available maybe you're not running command prompt as administrator.
