I spoke to this Arizona kid on two different occasions trying to sell him my rsgp. He is totally and completely sketchy. First he agrees on a price and when I bring an omm in, he logs out. Second encounter he went from 1.1/m to .65c/m at the last minute while in a convo with an omm.

Imo he's not to be trusted.

Although I believe he did scam you, it looks like the problem is you don't have any proof of where he's speaking to you from. Ie: verification of the email addy and/or aim. I don't see any of that in the chat logs you've provided.
