This whole wilderness thing has intrigued me to the point where I've sold off my WoW account in hopes to find a decent Runescape account for nostalgia.

Requirements that are set in stone-
-MUST BE AN United States BASED ACCOUNT. This isn't because I have anything against other countries; I just want to make sure when the account changes hands that I can always say. "OH HEY, I MOVED TO SO-AND-SO FOR SPRING SEMESTER DUE TO AN INTERNSHIP." Something along those lines.
-Must have maxed melee, ranged, and magic. 95+ prayer. 85+ Slayer.
-Green zone in account management, etc.
-Trade is done VIA OMM or PlayerAuctions. If it's done via PlayerAuctions I can buy a bigger account due to not having to pay +~$50USD to a middle man. ( I don't mind using an OMM, or have anything against them in their entirety. If this is against some rule, I will take it down immediately.)
-At least one FIRECAPE.
-Torso

I am posting this before I have the cash refunded solely to find a seller. I've been jerked around quite enough, and I'd rather wait patiently this time and find someone who is willing to sell me @ around 8AM EST on Tuesday.

This also gives me time to look at multiple accounts instead of impulse buying one.

If you don't like it, oh well.

ABOUT ME AND STUFF
-My paypal is verified, and I have no problem giving out my cell # to confirm my identity.
-I can use WU, but honestly prefer not to. It's only a five minute walk from my house. If there is an account that manages to get me moist or something, and won't budge I WILL send it via WU.
