I'm angry almost all of the time!

I don't know what to do..

It all started about 2 months ago, i just woke up one day and as i was getting ready i just started getting very angry for no reason. Nothing out of the normal or anything happened or anything. Since then every little thing just makes me so mad! Before this i was a very hard person to make mad.. You could do a lot of things to me and i could just not care but now even the littlest things make me VERY angry. Every once in awhile i can calm myself down but then something as simple as my phone going off twice in a row or something like that just makes me very mad again..

What should i do??
I haven't said anything to my parents because they will just ask questions which will make me mad.

Should i see a doctor??

I'd suggest going to a psychiatrist. They should help you calm down and get you back to your old self.

I've found that music can help me calm down which is how i am able to be writing this right now.

 

Hmm.. I can kind of relate to you. Have anything changed significantly in your life?

 

Do you play Runescape or WoW a lot? I know that when I started playing runescape again after a small reprieve, i was very edgy. almost to the point of losing my girlfriend just because i would get aggravated at the littlest things for no reason at all

 

There is most likely a source to your anger. Think hard and long. There must be something at all that is making you angry.

kill dank- I just started back up, i quit for about a month and now play rs for about 2hours a day during the week and around 6hours a day on weekends.

It may be weird but i was thinking about dratons post. Right as i thought about it my phone went off and it was a text. When that happened i had a rush of anger. I'm starting to think it may be my phone considering people text me all day every day. I'm going to try just turning it off and putting it away and not touching it for awhile. Hopefully that works

I am a 15 year old male. 5 foot 4 130 pounds..
It very well could be but i'm pretty sure i'm past that. Last summer i was 4 foot 9 and 100 pounds.

 

Sounds like you're over-reacting, but anyway.
There's a chance you could be developing bipoplar/it may be showing more. You may of had a trigger that brought it out. It's easily treatable, I just suggest you ask your doctor etc. about possibly being bipolar.

 

Maybe you need to get laid, have you lately. It helps haha.
