That's correct. This was an account I've gotten in about 2004 from my friend. It had 2 mask's. I sold the mask's began clan merchanting. Since this account was only to make money, I've never trained it, no quests done in p2p either. So yea, After a little bit of merchanting I've made enough for a Red partyhat. I have no fun for this account as I have a lvl 63 with Partyhats.

The cool thing is, You don't see many 92's running around with a partyhat, nonetless a Red one.
