I will only buy the account from members I deem trusted.

I will not pay or put any collateral for any accounts I buy, meaning any items you have on it are not my responsibility if you decide to share, but of course just like the title says, I will only be seeking for a suicider/throwaway or a scout account.

I am only paying for what I have requested, any skills trained in general that I do not need will be disregarded. So it doesn't matter if you have 99 agility, I don't honestly care, requirements for the accounts are listed below.

Requirements for Suicider/Throwaway:

At least 75 ranged OR 90+ strength AND 50/60 attack

Requirements for Scout:

At least 60 HP, 50 Def (obviously the scout account will be ruthlessly killed, but the higher HP and def it has, the longer it survives, so I can capture down all their names and levels of a clan)

Recruitment drive completed for Falador Spawn = Bonus cookies

I don't need trainings. I need prepared accounts done with at least 2 weeks of membership.

And I am not paying higher from a trusted member. I only stated I will only be buying them from a trusted member. And trusted members in my dictionary are those that are trusted based upon my jurisdiction. There is no difference if I decided to buy from a player that I trust but you don't trust. Or a player that I don't trust but you trust. Does that make sense to ya?
