Powerful C# Virus (The infamous Powerful C++ Virus rebuilt in C#)

viperdeck was that sarcasm? i cant tell.....but please dont spread the word about skiddies there are to many already....

 

one simple question. Why write this in C# when that language depends on net framework to run?

 

Microsoft is already including .Net framework 3.0 in vista so alot of people are going to move to c# because most people have the framework already.
