    Okay, I was checking my e-mail.
    Found some e-mail from JaGeX after I spammed e-mailed them because I got banned and how unfair it was, I've sent all possibly reasons and excuses why I got banned.

    Though it isn't hard to fake an email, emailing programs do allow you to use any email address to show as the sender

    But I don't think it's fake at all. The wording is just so, Jagex.

    They do, you can send an appeal to them through e-mail, everyone can contact them through the e-mail.

    Why they reacted like this is because I've sent 5 e-mails whining about getting my account unbanned.

    I can vouch that jagex do reply to emails if you send it to them, and it is not automated. However, the context of their message is highly unlikely. Maybe the JMod was having a bad day?
