Powerbot Download Help

I took a break from botting for about a year and am ready to start up again. I am trying to download the powerbot client but when I hit download it downloads RSBot-4021.jar. I know that RS Bots no longer works, so how would I go about downloading and using powerbot?

That is what the Powerbot file is called.
