Not sure your guys stance on geo-engineering but here is a great bashar video describing the purpose of geo-engineering.

We should be using gold but since we value gold we hoard it and don't use it for climate control like we truly could.

Here is some additional information regarding geo-engineering and also some whistle blower videos and a documentary.

Geo-Engineering to this day is still a hotly debated topic and one that garners some fierce comments and critism. Many people are afraid to consider the notion that our governments have been tinkering around in the skies above our heads without us even realizing it. Regardless of your beliefs, try to set aside any frustrations and just become educated on the subject. Contrails DO EXIST. And can easily be seen by high altitude jets in the atmosphere. Geo-Engineering has long been polluted by the term "Chem-trails" and while the metals in the aersols sprayed are not the best for the environment, the word chemtrail has been used as a means to discredit the very movement that is just trying to bring awareness about Geo-Engineering. I prefer the term Geo-Engineering because that is oftentimes what they are up to when releasing the big billowly clouds of trails that slowly dissperce over 20-45 minutes and create a haze in the sky depending on the slurry.

Through personal research this is done through military bases and (my own experience working and being on an airforce base) can be done through airforce bases and other means of getting test flights into the sky to release controlled patterns of aersols. There have been documented cases of the government releasing bacteria and viruses on populations without their consent so what is stopping them from tinkering with the weather and releasing metals to be able to achieve that purpose?
