Explain the service: He was to get me 75-80 range, but instead didn't finish the service and just cleaned my bank instead.

He originally got me from 60-70 range last week and that service was fine, but yesterday he was meant to do 75-80, left me at 77 range, took around 40m worth of items from my bank and blocked me on skype.
If anything else is needed please let me know, I don't know how to prove he took all my items but that doesn't really matter to me, I just don't want it to happen to anyone else. A lot of the skype conversation is just junk, day to day chat etc, but if a mod would like to see it let me know and I can share screens etc.
