Why I'm reporting him?

This faggot added me to buy 07 gold, I told him that I was only selling for .71 and didn't have the stock to sell him $150 worth. Within 30 minutes I get a friend request from a PartyPeterShop "worker" claiming he wants to buy my 07.

I also reached out to xZero who was still online and he replied 5 minutes after me asking.

"not really" - sounds like the reaction of someone who got caught.

 

Any mod who can view this can very obviously see he's alternating between Discords.

Then at 5:25 he comes back on his main discord and says he's not working with Pete?

I have never in my life tried to impersonate him, I BARELY KNOW THE GUY.

I am friends because HE ADDED ME TO BUY GOLD.


Just because he added both of us in a matter of time doesnt mean it was me.
JUST BECASUE HE ADDED ME TO BUY MY GOLD DOESNT MEAN I AM HIM.

TLDR; This person added BOTH OF US and tried to buy our gold. He/she thinks, BECAUSE HE ADDED ME, I AM HIM.

IT IS NOT ME, JUST BECAUSE HE ADDED ME TO TRY AND BUY MY GOLD DOESNT MEAN IM DIRECTLY IMPERSONATING HIM.

If he/she TALKED TO ME AT ALL EXPLAINING THE SITUATION, ID HAVE CLEARED IT UP.


I extremely dislike any bad reputation to my name as I do NOT impersonate, scam, etc.

Explained to him/her and is still waiting for a reply, seems like he/she understands by now.

AND IMMEDIATELY AFTER you say that I even get ANOTHER PM from the fake imposter who says this:

Timestamps clearly add up and any mod can see this.

 

Was PKING on a private server, and I COMMONLY do not answer THE EXACT MOMENT you send a message.

The timestamps were clearly a coincidence.

If I WAS to scam, and I'M NOT SAYING I DID/AM, I could have just had discord logged into on a web browser and the app and reply to both immediately as not to raise any red flags like that. Please use common sense, I'm not dumb.

Because we are friends, and both of our messages AT ONE POINT ONLY were 1 minute apart, I am immediately impersonating and should be banned?

This is the worst proof I've ever seen.

EDIT: Also, replying late to a message is NOT a valid proof to ban me. I can take my fucking time to reply to anything I want, I should not be banned for literally replying 15 minutes late ONE TIME while doing literally anything else.

 

I'll actually refer you to this report:

Avoided a scam- User using an imposter skype.

In this report the user was impostering a very well known user. In this circumstance I approached you ~1-5 minutes after PartyPeterShop approached me to buy gold from me.

After that I did not expect a response as I anticipated YOU were the one who were impostering Pete. And long and behold 4 minutes later I received a response. Also I filed the report as I believed you were the one impostering him.

Not to mention after you replied to me I got another message from Pete asking if I was there. I do not see how that was a coincidence. Sounds to me like the fake Pete KNEW I was talking to you and then suddenly started messaging me again.

 

The messages were a coincidence, if I WAS to scam, wouldnt I be using a web broswer and discord app to message instantly and not get a scam report?

Clearly it is a COINCIDENCE. I always reply a bit late because I'm not staring 1mm away from the fucking screen happily awaiting your response. My ONE REPLY TIME THAT COINCIDENTALLY was 1-2 minutes away from his doesn't mean I'm an imposter and a scammer.

Ever thought of the possibility of two people replying near the same time as eachother?

I understand how you'd think its a scam, but my replying time doesn't indicate I am an impersonator or a scammer. I was busy pking on a game and wasnt there to reply instantly.

I don't get what you are trying to say. Because I replied ONE MINUTE BEFORE HIM COMPLETELY COINCIDENTALLY LITERALLY ONE TIME means that I AM IMMEDIATELY HIM AND AM AN IMPOSTER AND A SCAMMER AND SHOULD BE BANNED?

Think about what you're saying. For the last time, the time I reply to you IS NOT a reasonable proof to ban me, OR even legitimate proof that I am doing ANYTHING sketchy.

I'M ALSO NOT AN IDIOT. IF I WAS TO SCAM, ID USE COMMON SENSE AND LITERALLY LOG ON TO DISCORD ON A WEB BROWSER AND THE APP AS TO NOT RAISE ANY RED FLAGS.

Please acknowledge that I am not completely brain-dead and could use common sense if I was to scam, WHICH I DIDNT.

 

I'll wait for mods to review this and the timestamps then come to a decision on what should happen.

 

Go ahead, but still, logging off and in would also result in me going offline and same with him. Plus, the ENTIRE TIME, I was logged in and so was he.

I never logged in/out once, and we were both online. You'd know if I was offline, and you'd have seen it.
