Requesting a TWC Rank for Rskingp. (Suspicious behaviour)

Hi guys. I am requesting a TWC (Trade with caution) rank for the user: Rskingp

Reason: Refused to send me a PM as I wanted, so I would feel comfortable that he wasnt a hacker or an impostor.

He refused to send me a PM in the way I asked him with the excuse that "I was an impostor". Impostor of what? I dont find a valid reason for him to have refused the private message in the way I asked him as there have been a lot of cases of people getting scammed by impostors, especially for a big trade like 1B / 273$ USD.

The trade was going be: Me selling him 1 Billion Runescape gp for 273$ USD.

I feel that justice should be applied as this situation was suspicious. The trade didnt go through as he refused to send me the PM in the way I asked to be sent

If you guys need more information about this please let me know and I will do my best to help but I think a twc should be applied as there is absolutely no valid reason to refuse me a PM, especially for a big amount like 1B / 273$ USD.

Thanks again One It was a misunderstanding. He was confused as to whether you were trying to pull off a 'third person imposter scam' which has become quite popular lately, and so discontinued the trade discussion.
