Empo is a scammer

Briefly explain the trade: 19M Neopoints for $28.50 via paypal
How they scammed: They had vouches. I am new here and they asked me to go first. I did. Sent the points. Was told payment would be made after they were sent. Payment was never made.
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: Trade was made via PMs on this site. Yes I am aware those don't count for proof since they can be altered but I can send screenshots of the neomail from TNT that says the auction went through and I can show my paypal logs which do not show his payment sent.
Trade screenshots: Available to a Mod privately upon request so as to protect my own account.

According to some other posts on threads he has created he has scammed others as well. No idea how he has managed to evade the ban hammer for so long but I am sure a Mod can take care of it. Don't really care about getting the points or the cash. It's only $28 bucks for a lesson learned. Money well spent.
