    Briefly explain the trade: He was suppose to give me 30m for 15$ He had 12 vouches, I had 4 vouches. So I went first. I didn't feel trusted so I told him do to increments. So I sent 5$ Paypal to him & He was suppose to give me 10m on RS. He logged off RS & Didn't give me the money.

    How they scammed: We were in lumbridge and after I sent the 5$ via Paypal. He logged off RS & Won't respond me on MSN.
