Denial of Service laws Sweden?

Wasn't really sure where to post this, and to me this seemed the most appropriate place to create the thread but if not I'll apologize in advance to the moderators.

Basically I have made this thread because I'm looking for some help regarding laws and cases surrounding DOS/DDOS attacks in Sweden. I've searched around google but haven't found what I'm looking for and was wondering if anyone who is Swedish could link me to some legitimate websites with information regarding the matter.

In particular I'd like to see the actual statutes which outlaw these types of attacks and possibly the penalties also.
