There's actually a bug when you delete characters. If you send a bunch of items to another character before you 'accidentally' delete your character, and do it at the right time of the day, then call support and have them undelete, your character will be undeleted to the latest backup (which happens when you logout, so you have to be sly), but then you'll have all the items you got rid of, and they'll still be in the mail for the other character .

Least, it worked a few years ago >.<.
