Am I really a douche?

So I just wanted a bit of input on this - I notice everywhere that people who vape are generally considered a douche or a "fuckboy".

I'm sure you've seen the memes or posts on the internet about it but what I don't understand is, I started vaping to quit smoking. Thoughts?

 

That depends, do you own an STi and vape while streaming? If not, I think you are still safe from fuckboy syndrome. xD

 

Based on vaping alone i cannot assume that you're a douche. Perhaps if i got to know you and more about your personality then i could make a judgement.

No you're not a douche. In fact its a good thing you quit smoking cigs. It's just stereotypes about the people who vape, but if its helping you from giving you cancer then why not.

 

STi no, but when I do stream I vape but even when not streaming I vape a lot at my PC anyway.

Nothing wrong with vaping unless you try to brag about your mod and whatnot to people and try to show every living person the cool clouds you can create.

You're literally inhaling and exhaling vapor. How is that douchey? The people who think you're a "douche" might simply be smokers who feel terrible about the fact that they're harming their body.

Fuckbois are guys who hit on dozens of girls over Facebook to better their chances of sex, and brag about the single drunken one night stand they had 5 weeks ago as a result of their efforts.

 

You aren't a douche just because you vape, it's just that most people who are super vocal about vaping are douches and that creates a false sense that all people who vape are.

 

Nah bro nothing wrong with it, easier to use on the go. Never liked how cigs made my hands smell.

 

From everything I've seen there is a rough but not specific definition of a "fuckboi" - some of them including vaping. I could be wrong but just sharing what I've seen.
