Also, the Blisterwood Polearm can train controlled, strength, and defense. Finally, addy ingots III are the way to train in artisan workshop; you can't make plates there.

Eagle eye is much better than leech ranged. Rigour is even better.

Yes I know, I timed with with leech range and thats the exp I got.

How long did you time leech ranged? Statistically, rigour should be heaps better.
