Linking Paypal accounts to Sythe accounts.

Recently after reading a post about scammers, and what precautions to take to cut down on the charge backs, I got a great idea.

This idea is Linking Paypal accounts to Sythe accounts.

Basically when you register the email that you use for your Paypal account, no other account can register with that email.

Even if a person gets banned, it will stay registered to eliminate the person who got banned to create another account with the same Paypal account and just scam again...

I think these should be a punishment for not having a registered email to your Paypal, if you make a thread saying that you are selling/buying through Paypal.

Thread closed, and infraction be given.

Another thing is that once you register your Paypal account to your Sythe account, you can't change it/ remove it, a Mod or Admin have to approve/ give you permission.

I personally think this is very possible, and will cut down on soo many scammers.

People can create new paypal accounts, most people have unverified paypal accounts. And what do I do that I don't have a paypal account? Also how would mods/admins know that that is their paypal account?

 

Also not technologically possible
